VialRoute is a service operated by Working Remote Jobs LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110 ("VialRoute", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using our Service:

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Marketing Communications

Email. We may use your email address to send newsletters, offers, and other marketing communications. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing support@vialroute.com. We will still send you transactional and service-related messages, such as billing and account notices.

Text messages (SMS). If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and account text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share personal information with the categories of recipients below — including, as described in Section 5, sharing certain online identifiers and activity data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws. We share information with:

5. Advertising & Analytics

We use advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, and similar tools from other advertising and analytics partners. These technologies collect online identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP address), the pages you view, and actions you take (such as starting checkout or completing a purchase), and share that information with the relevant platform. We use this to measure the performance of our ads and to show you relevant advertising and retargeting on those platforms.

Under California and other U.S. state privacy laws, this activity may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or a "sale" of personal information. You can opt out — see the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choices in Section 12. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required by law. You can also opt out through the ad platforms' own controls, such as your Meta ad preferences, and through optout.aboutads.info.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or complete card details on our servers. The processor's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three purposes: (a) strictly necessary functions such as login and checkout; (b) analytics to understand traffic and usage; and (c) advertising, including the technologies described in Section 5. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the ad-platform and industry opt-outs referenced above. Some browsers transmit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" where required.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Data Breach Notification

If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, tax, and accounting.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@vialroute.com or call (877) 346-0620. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

Categories of personal information we collect and share. In the past 12 months we have collected, and disclosed to the categories of recipients in Section 4, the following statutory categories:

We collect this information from you directly, automatically from your device, and from our advertising and analytics partners. We use it for the purposes described in Section 2. We do not knowingly "sell" or "share" the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit that use.

Your California rights:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may: (a) email support@vialroute.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"; (b) enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser, which we honor as an opt-out where required; and/or (c) use the ad-platform and industry opt-outs referenced in Section 5.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by email or phone as listed above. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83), we confirm that we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

13. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights similar to those above, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if you have concerns about our response, you may contact your state attorney general.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
