VialRoute is a digital service operated by Working Remote Jobs LLC. Everything you purchase — the Medical Courier Training Program and the gig board / outreach platform — is delivered electronically. There is no physical product and no physical shipment.

Delivery at a Glance

Training program: instant electronic access after successful payment.
Gig board & platform: full access from day 1 as part of your 3-day free trial — billing begins on day 3 unless you cancel.

How Access Is Delivered

Training program: Access is granted instantly after successful payment. Within minutes of checkout you receive a confirmation email containing your login link.
Gig board / platform access: Available immediately as part of your 3-day free trial, from day 1. Your membership then begins billing on day 3 unless you cancel, and access continues while your membership is active.
You can log in anytime at our member login using the email associated with your account.

Delivery Timeframe

Because access is digital, delivery is effectively immediate — you should have your training login within minutes and, in the vast majority of cases, well within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not received access within 24 hours, email support@vialroute.com or call (877) 346-0620 and we will resolve it promptly.

Service Availability

Our goal is uninterrupted access to your account and materials. We will notify you by email of any planned maintenance or service disruption that affects access to your membership.

No Physical Shipment

VialRoute does not ship physical goods, so no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery addresses apply. Any references to "delivery" on this site refer to electronic delivery of digital access.
