Platform access (3-day free trial, then monthly): Cancel anytime during or after the free trial. Refund available within 30 days of your first payment.
Charges from us appear on your card or bank statement as VIALROUTE 877-346-0620. If you see a charge you don't recognize, email support@vialroute.com or call (877) 346-0620 before contacting your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
VialRoute is a digital product. Access is delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment.
If you cancel your monthly membership within 30 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that first charge. After 30 days, you can still cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but previous monthly payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
To cancel your membership, visit our cancellation page or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you retain access to paid features until then.

We review refund requests and approve eligible ones within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
