VialRoute is a service operated by Working Remote Jobs LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, with a mailing address of 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110 ("VialRoute", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the VialRoute website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
VialRoute provides an online platform that offers (a) a gig board listing medical courier opportunities, and (b) educational training materials related to the medical courier industry. VialRoute is not an employer, staffing agency, or placement service. We do not guarantee employment or income.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed to you and affirmatively agreed to at the time of purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Pricing and promotions. The specific fees, discounts, promotional offers, and trial terms that apply to your purchase are those clearly displayed to you at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email — those disclosed amounts govern your subscription and every recurring charge. We may offer different prices, discounts, or promotions to different customers or at different times, including through price testing; any such variation applies only to new enrollments and does not change the price of an existing active subscription. We will not increase the recurring price of an active subscription without notifying you by email in advance and obtaining any consent required by law, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Authorization for recurring charges. By enrolling, you authorize Working Remote Jobs LLC to automatically charge your payment method the amounts described above on a recurring monthly basis, without further notice or action on your part, until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through our cancellation page or by emailing support@vialroute.com; cancellation stops all future charges. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Affirmative consent at checkout. Before any charge is made, you provide separate, affirmative consent to these subscription terms at checkout by actively checking a consent box that is not pre-selected. That consent discloses the length of the free trial, the amount and date of the first charge and of each recurring charge, and how to cancel. No charge is initiated without this affirmative consent.
Free-trial billing reminder. Your enrollment includes a 3-day free trial of platform access. We will send you a reminder by email before your free trial ends and your first charge occurs — typically the day before the charge. That reminder states the amount that will be charged, the date the charge will be made, and how to cancel before the charge if you do not wish to continue.
Order confirmation. Immediately after you enroll, we send you a confirmation email that sets out your subscription terms — the price, the date of your first charge, the recurring monthly billing frequency, and step-by-step instructions for cancelling.
Billing descriptor. Charges will appear on your card or bank statement as VIALROUTE or VIALROUTE.COM 877-346-0620. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
VialRoute is a digital service delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment. Training program access is granted instantly after successful payment, with a confirmation email sent within minutes of checkout. Platform and gig board access is available immediately from day 1 as part of your 3-day free trial; the recurring subscription then begins billing on day 3 unless you cancel. If access is not provisioned within 24 hours of purchase, contact support@vialroute.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Easy online cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time online through our cancellation page. Cancelling is as simple as signing up: it is done entirely online, takes effect immediately upon request, and requires no phone call, no explanation, and no additional steps. You may also cancel by emailing support@vialroute.com. Once your cancellation is processed we send you a confirmation email. No cancellation fees apply.
Effect of cancellation. If you cancel during your 3-day free trial, you will not be charged and your trial access ends. If you cancel a paid subscription, no further charges are made and you retain access to paid platform features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

VialRoute is an informational and educational platform. We do not guarantee that you will find employment, earn a specific income, or receive any particular result from using the Service. Earnings and results vary based on individual effort, location, and market conditions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: copying or redistributing content, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content on the Service, including training materials, text, graphics, and software, is the property of VialRoute and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any opportunity listed on the gig board will result in a contract, work, or income.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VialRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
